We offer shipping to almost any destination in the world, except a few exclusions that are mentioned at the bottom. Throughout our different delivery options we will try to ensure that our rates remain competitive.
Any order placed before 12:00 CET we will do our best to process and ship-out on the same business day, but at busy times this may not be possible. Any order received after this time will be considered on the next business day. Please give 1-3 business days for us to process and prepare your order.
Shipping or transit times are quoted from the point-of-dispatch and not point-of-sale. Shipping times exclude Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Our Standard shipments are sent by Standard Post (Pošta Slovenije) and will be handed over to the national postal service of the country of destination then delivered to the customer. These parcels are not registered and are shipped untracked. If faster, tracked shipping is needed we suggest choosing one of our other available shipping services such as DHL Express or UPS Express.
All products are shipped from our warehouse in Slovenia, Europe.
Shipping to non-EU countries & Taxes
Orders shipped to customers outside the European Union require the customer to pay any VAT and additional charges such as customs duty or taxes, on which we have no control. These charges depend on the country regulations. Please consult with your country's relevant customs or other authorities for detailed information, we are unable to predict such costs. Any purchase shipped outside of the European Union will be billed with 0% VAT automatically, as visible on the final order total.
Any additional costs are under the responsibility the buyer to cover and to ensure the product is within law and regulation of their country to use and import. We take no responsibility in this regard.
Shipping to EU countries
Shipping within the European Union member states is free of any extra costs or taxes.
Shipping to PO Boxes
Please note that carriers such as DHL Express or UPS Express do not ship to PO Boxes.
Order Cancellation before it is Shipped
Any order can be cancelled by a clearly stated written request from the customer to our Customer Service before it is shipped. If payment has already been completed the paymant will be refunded minus applicable transaction fees of the chosen payment method. After the order is shipped the cancellation of the order is no longer possible in that way, and it must be returned through the 14-day Product Returns policy.
Uncollected or Returned Shipments
Uncollected, declined, undeliverable or otherwise returned shipments that failed to be accepted by the buyer for any reason will be subject to an extra return shipping fee and any other related costs that arose during the return process, and will be subject to a 5% restocking fee minimum.
